What we ship and to where
We ship the Senior Safe kit (base station, wristband, pendant, USB-C charging cable, getting-started card) anywhere in Australia, free of charge. We currently do not ship internationally. Full details on the shipping policy page.
Faulty product or warranty claim
Every Senior Safe kit is backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty and your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. If something stops working, email support@senior-safe.com.au with your order number and a short description. Most issues are resolved without you needing to post the unit back.
Privacy or data complaint
If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, please email privacy@senior-safe.com.au first. If you're not satisfied with our response within 30 days, you have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
