Free, tracked shipping anywhere in Australia. We post from Sydney within one business day of your order.

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in Australia. This applies to Set A, Set B, and any spare accessories. No minimum order. No surcharge for regional, remote or Northern Territory addresses. Senior Safe absorbs the cost.
How long it takes
We ship from a fulfilment partner in Sydney via Australia Post eParcel and StarTrack. Typical delivery times from the day you order:
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra (metro)
- 2–4 business days
- Adelaide, Perth, Hobart (metro)
- 3–6 business days
- Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA
- 4–7 business days
- Regional WA, NT, Tasmania, remote postcodes
- 5–10 business days
These are typical timeframes from Australia Post. Public holidays, severe weather and remote-area delivery schedules can extend them. The carrier's tracking page will show the most accurate estimate for your address once your order is dispatched.
Tracking
You'll receive two emails from us:
- Order confirmation immediately after checkout, with your order number and what's been ordered.
- Dispatch notification within one business day, including the tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
If you haven't received a dispatch email within two business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then email orders@senior-safe.com.au with your order number.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm AEST/AEDT on a business day are normally posted the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.
What's in the box
Every Senior Safe kit ships with:
- 1× Base station (Set A) or quantities per the chosen kit (Set B)
- Wristband button(s) with adjustable silicone strap
- Pendant button(s) on lanyard
- USB-C charging cable for the base station
- Quick-start card (also available in the app)
- Australian power adapter (Type I plug)
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not ship to international addresses, including New Zealand.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at orders@senior-safe.com.au with your order number. We'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier and, if appropriate, send a replacement at no charge.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you need to change the shipping address or cancel an order, email orders@senior-safe.com.au as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually catch the order before it's dispatched. Once it's with the carrier, we'll need to follow the returns process instead.
